Mithu is the Co-founder and Director of DX&Beyond, bringing 25+ years of experience spanning business development, client partnerships, and Design Thinking facilitation.
Certified in Design Thinking from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Mithu combines commercial sharpness with a practitioner's instinct for learning design and innovation capability building.
She has trained 200+ professionals in Design Thinking and Innovation, and brings deep expertise in storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and building client relationships that go beyond transactions.

Before DX&Beyond, Mithu held BD leadership roles at Inflow Technologies and Smartalk (Essel Group), and served as Visiting Faculty at AC Patil College of Engineering. Mithu is the business spine behind DX&Beyond's practitioner-led model.

Before founding DX&Beyond in 2018, Pinaki held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Wipro Infotech, Mahindra Satyam, and L&T Infotech.
Known for his PlayerCoach model, Pinaki operates at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution... moving organisations from innovation theatre to measurable traction.
